Harborgreet Digital ("we", "us"), based in Salinas, California, builds websites and business tools for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect on harborgreetdigital.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you use our "Build my package" chat or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, business name, phone number or email, and your answers about your business. The chat is run by an AI assistant. We also collect basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as pages viewed and device type) that do not identify you and do not use cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your quote, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for marketing to you without your permission.

Who processes it

Our site and chat run on Cloudflare, and the chat uses an AI model hosted by Cloudflare to understand your answers. Email runs on Google. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep chat and contact details as long as needed to follow up and serve you, and delete them on request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing harborgreetdigital@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for asking. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track you across sites.

Please don't share

Do not enter card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, health information, or your customers' personal details in the chat.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
